Aarya has denied reports that he was having an affair with Nayantara. In an interview to a Tamil magazine recently the actor has stated that he had no relationship with the actress and it was a close friendship that he maintained with her.
There were reports in the media that Nayantara was getting closer to Aarya and both are likely to start an intimate relationship. These reports occupied the media after Nayantara was given a special treatment at the house warming ceremony that Aarya had conducted in Chennai recently.
In the interview, when quizzed, why she was given a special treatment, Aarya replied, ‘More than 20 members from film industry attended the function and Nayantara was also there. But Nayantara‘s presence there was only flashed in the media reports. But, we both took it lightly as we always maintained a good friendship’.
Aarya and Nayantara have worked together in ‘Boss Engira Baskaran‘ and their friendship started that time. Nayantara was having a love relationship with Prabhu Deva then.

Mahesh Manjrekar: Ajith’s villain in Vishnuvardhan’s next!
Even as ‘Billa 2′ is gearing up for a release, Ajith’s next with Vishnuvardhan is already making several headlines. The latest is that Bollywood director cum actor cum producer Mahesh Manjrekar will play baddie in this yet-to-be-titled film.
However it is said that there are few other villains as well in this film where Mahesh Manjrekar plays the main villain. This is not the first time he’s playing baddie for he played the bad guy in blockbusters like ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ and few other Hindi films.
National Award winning Manjrekar is known for critically acclaimed films ‘Vaastav: The Reality’, ‘Astitya’ and ‘Viruddh… Family Comes First’.
This to-be-titled venture by AM Ratnam goes on floors in Mumbai on June 2. Ajith, Arya, Nayantara and Taapsee Pannu play lead roles, while music is by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
