There aren’t many stages which he hasn’t graced by his presence and whenever he takes the mike, the audiences and fans invariably become mighty excited. Superstar Rajnikanth always makes news, whether he remains silent or stands in fornt of a mike. The man of the masses who is considered by many as the ‘future chief minister’ of Tamil Nadu has just revealed a little known side of his persona.
“To be frank, I’m not so comfortable addressing the media…..I’m basically a media-shy person,” Rajnikanth has said. These utterances were part of his answers to the media-persons who met him in London a couple days ago prior to his departure for Chennai after completing the first schedule of the shoot of Kochadaiyan, touted widely as India’s answer to the Hollywood super-hit film Avatar.
Rajnikanth was at his usual cool demeanour when he faced a volley of questions. While assuring his fans and others that the film would be meeting the expectations of his fans and would be made on par with international standards without compromising on anything, he added that the film would be hitting the screens worldwide on 13th November.
“I feel I’m almost back to my (old) health….I’m indebted to the prayers of my fans the world over without whose goodwill I’d not have regained my health so soon… London is one of the places I love most… I might even acquire a house here in the near future and move (to London)…. the place is simply amazing….” concluded the superstar.
