Whenever a movie turns to be a mega-hit, it gives spacious column for rumours and now it’s all about Kahaani. The film starring Vidhya Balan broke even the records of her National award winning movie ‘The Dirty Picture’.
Apparently, there were buzzes on air that the film is gonna be remade in Tamil and Sneha has been finalized for reprising the role of Vidhya Balan.
However, closer sources add that it’s a baseless rumour and there are no such proceeding with accordance to the producers and actress.
Right now, Sneha is busy involved in a Tamil project with Kishore in lead role that revolves around a family.
Kahaani is an edge-seated thriller that is about a pregnant lady from London travailing through the roads of Kolkotta to find her missing husband.

Kahaani directed by Sujoy ghosh was a super hit movie in Hindi. The film had Vidya balan in the lead who gave a wonderful performance in this film. the remake rights has been acquired and plans are on to remake the film simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu.
Now, the recent update is that director Shekar Kammula who has 6 nandi awards to his credit has been roped in to direct this bilingual. There werenews that anushka would be reprising the role of vidya balan in both the versions. But the update is that the makers are having multiple choice setbefore them and nothing has been officially confirmed as of now.
