Mugdha Godse has joined the list of celebrities who visit temples and the Ajmer Dargah in particular to pray for the success of their soon-to-release films.
She was spotted at the Dargah Sharif in Ajmer on Monday morning, after which the actress did not head for Mumbai and took a little detour.
To celebrate Maha Shivaratri, the actress left for Jaipur after her dargah visit. When we contacted Mugdha, she told us, “The entire team of the upcoming movie, “Will You Marry Me“, wanted to pray for the success of the movie so we went to the dargah.” Besides, Mugdha, the director of the movie, Aditya Datt, and people from the production team accompanied Mugdha in Ajmer. Rajeev Khandelwal too was supposed to visit the dargah but he couldn’t make it.
Before leaving for Mumbai, Mugdha made a quick visit to a Shivji temple in Jaipur. She said, “Since I was fasting, I wanted to go to a Shivji ka temple. So we went to a small and beautiful temple in a military camp. It wasn’t too crowded and humare bahut achhe darshan ho gaye thay. I did all the puja and stuff.”
She added, “We wanted to avoid public gaze and therefore, decided to visit a small temple.”
