Delhi Belly has been on the remake cards over for a long period time. Far-famed for its trendsetting style, the film made huge waves in Bollywood and is now getting down for South remake. Initially, Simbu was considered for the lead role that was essayed by Imran Khan followed by Jeyam Ravi and Naga Chaitanya.
But the latest buzzes are that Arya has been confirmed for the lead character alongside Santhanam.
Director Kannan, who made films like Jayam Kondan, Kandein Kadhalai and Vandhaan Vendraan is wielding megaphone for this film and has modified the script according to the regional interests.
