Pongal celebrations were on with folk rounds. The concept of the episode was duet folk. Chief guest of the day was Thanjai Selvi and Iyyappan.
Selvi started the episode with Madura Marikolundhu song. She made a good attempt. Mano and Chitra were the real singer of this song. They both gave a nice song to the audience and the performers.
Second performance was from Shanmugapriya with Inji idupalagi song. Shanmugapriya’s was a decent performance.
Manguyilea poonkuyilea by Santhosh Balaji. Mano, Chitra and Subha encouraged him with more tips.
Then Vignesh came up next with Kattum Selai madipula song.
Shruthika gave a fantastic song Panju Mittal Sela katti. Judges enjoyed her singing and said that was a fabulous performance at her age.
At last Pragathi opted Uppukaruvadu song. She controlled the breath very nicely. Chitra and Subha appreciated her for wise choice of the song.
Finally she won the episode and Pragathi got Chocolate shower and a currency garland.
Episode came to the end by famous song Jillavitu Jillavandha sung by Selvi.

…………the programme was superb. The judges Mano, chithra and Mangudi subha were excellent in their approach and really took pains to boost the morale of the contestants by their soft approach. The contribution of Mr Anand vaidyanathan deserves special mention. For the vijay TV it is another milestone in promoting talent younger group. The rendering of song on the final day by pragarthi was superb. …Ajeeth as an young boy was equally superb.
