The upcoming Prithviraj film ‘Hero’ is a Malayalam film.

Deepan directs the film and was all set to start with Mollywood heartthrob Prithviraj and Trisha as his heroine. It was even rumored that this film will be Trisha’s official entry as heroine in Malayalam film industry.

Now there are reports coming in that Trisha is out of the project with unable to give dates. Deepan immediately approached Shriya Saran who said yes right away.

‘Hero’ is Shriya Saran’s third film in Malayalam. Tamil hero Srikanth and ‘Thalaivaasal’ Vijay, also play important roles.door Gopalakrishnan as guests.
