Vikram is working hard for his next flick Karikalan even as he is gearing up for his forthcoming Rajapattai. While Rajapattai is an action masala, Karikalan is a socio fantasy on the lines of Gladiator and Troy.
The movie is set to recreate two major historical cities of the Chola dynasty, called Kaveripoompattinam and Urayur with the help of CG based on the references.
Karikalan will take the audiences back 2000 years to the era of Karikal Cholan. Vikram has three heroines, namely, Zarine Khan, Mithra Kurien and Radhika Apte.
