The actor had entertained us with his few Tamil lines in ‘Om Shanthi Om‘. This time, he’s gonna do it more than before. Yes, the Hindi version of ‘Ra. One‘ will have more Tamil lines as the character of G. One keeps breaking into Tamil when he gets frustrated.
It is worth mentioning that the song ‘Chammak Chalo‘ has some lines in Tamil and there are some Tamil characters in the film as well.
Moreover with Superstar Rajnikanth appearing in the role of ‘Chitti Robot‘ is gonna set the celebrations bigger.
Mani ratnam for Shahrukh Khan
Mani ratnam and Shahrukh Khan have a strong bonding right from the time of ‘Dil Se‘. The filmmaker was present this morning along his wife Suhasini to launch the audio of ‘Ra. One‘ Tamil version. Speaking on the occasion, Mani ratnam said that they have been sharing a good rapport over the ages.
It’s a comeback for Shahrukh Khan in Tamil film industry after the release of ‘Dil Se‘, which was his last movie to be released in Tamil.
Shahrukh Khan while expressing his thanks to Superstar Rajnikanth said that it was a great pleasure working with him and he owes him a lot. Also Shahrukh Khan mentioned that he will be probably meeting Rajnikanth this evening if situations are favorable.
The Tamil version of ‘Ra One‘ will come to screens on the festive occasion of Dewali (October 26).

On Sunday morning, Sathyam Cinemas again saw a gathering of big celebrities, and this time it is for the Badshah of Bollywood that the top crème of Kollywood was present for an event.
Shah Rukh Khan’s much touted visit of Chennai finally happened and Mr. Khan was more than happy to be here in Chennai to launch the audio of his upcoming film ‘Ra.One’! King Khan himself played the perfect host, performer and the centre of attraction at the function.
The audio and trailer of the film, the Tamil version, was launched by the renowned director Mani Ratnam and his actress-wife Suhashini Mani Ratnam amidst a huge applause from the gathering at the function. Soundarya Ashwin, daughter of superstar Rajinikanth was also present on stage along with Santosh Sivan and Abirami Ramanathan. Ramanathan is the distributor of the film for Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
The hit song ‘Chamak Challo…’ was played and Shah Rukh danced to the beats of the song was the highlight of the event.
While speaking at the launch, King Khan said, “I’m astonished with the professionalism of south cinema, especially the Tamil industry. I used to get up at 5am in the morning for my shoot with Mani Ratnam. That’s the sincerity and dedication that this industry has. It has the best creative and technological advancement in the country”! He also praised Rajinikanth for his gesture by doing a cameo in the film.
Shah Rukh Khan has also planned to visit Rajinikanth at his Poes Garden residence.
‘Ra.One’ is seeing a worldwide release on Diwali day including its dubbed versions in Tamil, Telugu and German languages. The Sci-Fi film features Shah Rukh Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Arjun Rampal in the lead roles and directed by Anubhav Sinha. The film is produced by Shah Rukh Khan’s home production company Red Chillies Entertainment and Eros International.
