After Mynaa, director Prabhu Solomon is busy directing Kumki. Says the filmmaker: ‘It is a beautiful love story which deals with a young man and woman who love elephants.’
The movie marks the deut of Sivaji Ganesan’s grandson Vikram Prabhu. Prabhu Solomon says, ‘I can now write a book on elephants. I have done intense research on jumbos and realised that they are like human beings, with lots of emotions, intelligence, love, anger… so many things.’
‘Plans are on to complete the shoting soon. The whole unit was trained to handle elephants nd I am ahpy at the way the movie has shape up so far’.
