Divya Spandana @ ‘Kuthu’ Ramya, who is just back from Portugal after shooting for a Kannada film, has clarified on two things. That she is not acting in ‘Vana Yudhdham‘, a biopic on forest brigand Veerappan and she is not doing an item number in an upcoming Sandalwood movie.
“I don’t know who is behind such baseless reports on me. No, I am not doing an item number in Crazy Loka and am not doing a role in Vana Yudhdham,” says the ‘Varanam Aayiram‘ and ‘Singam Puli‘ actress, who is now expecting the release of ‘Kadhal 2 Kalyanam‘ in Kollywood.
Recently, shea made the headlines after she enrolled herself in the Congress, ‘inspired’ by the ideals of Rahul Gandhi and tested waters in intra-party elections. “I would like to serve the people. For that, I think Congress would be the best option,” the actress said.
“Money has never been an important factor for me. I would like to earn the name of a good actress and a good politician. There is no question of quitting acting since I had entered politics. Because, acting is my profession and passion,” Divya Spandana added.
