Gautham Menon, even as busy filming his first trilingual venture ‘Neethane En Ponvasantham‘, seems to have zeroed in on the heroine for ‘Yohan Adhyayam Ondru‘, his maiden film with Vijay.
If sources are to be believed, Gautham Menon‘s ‘favourite actress’ Sameera Reddy would share the screen space with the Ilayathalapathy Vijay in this big-budget venture, which is set to hit the floors by early 2012.
“But an announcement is kept under wraps since Gautham Menon wants to complete Neethane En Ponvasantham, before shifting focus to Yohan Adhyayam Ondru. Vijay too is happy to have Sameera Reddy on board,” sources say.
Sameera Reddy was the leading lady of two of Gautham Menon‘s earlier movies- ‘Varanam Aayiram‘ and ‘Nadunisi Naaygal‘. In an interview earlier, the actress mentioned that she would act in a film without even listening to the script, if it is directed by Gautham Menon.

She already has a big film Vedi ready with Vishal directed by Prabhu Deva that will be releasing today. Sameera has managed to get another big film as heroine against Vijay for Yohan Adhyayam Ondru under Gautham’s direction.
But Gautham want to keep it under wraps as he first wanted to complete his ongoing trilingual project before focusing on Yohan Adhyayam Ondru. It is said that Vijay is also thrilled to share screen space with Sameera.
Earlier Sameera has acted in two Gautham’s films Varanam Aayiram and Nadunissi Naaygal. The shoot for Yohan: Adhyayam Ondru will start from summer of 2012. AR Rahman scores the music, Manoj Paramahamsa does rthe camera works, Rajeevan does art direction and Antony does the editing.
The movie will be produced by Photon Kathaas Gautham’s production company.
