Even as eagerly awaiting for the release of ‘Mankatha‘, director Venkat Prabhu is also getting ready for his next venture. Titled ‘Neradi Olibarappu‘, the movie will be shot on 3D technology, says the filmmaker.
“Neradi Olibarappu will be made on a grand budget. It will be shot with state-of-the-art technology. The shooting will begin after the release of Mankatha,” says Venkat Prabhu, who is ready with Ajith‘s 50th film.
Buzz is that ‘Neradi Olibarappu‘ will feature newcomers in the lead roles and will be a comedy caper with other Venkat Prabhu ingredients. “The script is currently getting its finishing touches,” sources say.
Meanwhile, the promotions of ‘Mankatha‘ are on in full swing on leading television channels. Produced by Dhayanidhi Alagiri‘s Cloud Nine Movies, the ‘Thala’ starrer is expected to hit the screens in the first week of September.

Mankatha Director’s Next Film
Director Venkat Prabhu is directing the film Mankatha which has Ajith in the lead role. This film is to be released by Studio Green shortly. The final stage work of this film is going on in top gear. Apart from Yuvan Shankar Raja, another three music composers are hectically working on the back ground score. When asked Venkat Prabhu about this, he said, “For the first time Yuvan Shankar Raja, Karthik Raja, Premji and Bhavatharini are scoring the background music. The work has been going on for the last 18 days. This will be a great strength to this film.”
When asked Venkat Prabhu about his next film, he said, “I have already readied my next story. I have also titled this film as Neradi Olibarappu. This film will be a high budgeted film in a 3D format.”
