Actor Simbu has said that the chapter of ‘falling in love and experiencing it to the hilt’ is over in his life. “I have seen and experienced everything during the time when I was in love with Nayantara,” he has remarked on the eve of Nayantara’s marriage to Prabhu deva in a month’s time from now.
Simbu and Nayantara fell in love with each other during the making of ‘Vallavan’ and were very open about it. For some reason, the affair turned sour which made Nayantara turn to Telugu films. She then fell in love with Prabhu deva, who directed her in the film ‘Villu’. She went on to act in many films like ‘Yaaradi Nee Mohini’, ‘Sathyam’, ‘Aegan’, ‘Billa’ and ‘Boss Engira Baskaran’.

Queried whether he felt ‘all alone’ after being ditched by Nayantara, Simbu retorted saying that “I never felt along; fortunately, I have seen everything during period I had been in love with. Coming out of the affair wasn’t so easy. At 25, I feel that I have seen much in my life and believe there won’t be any traces of my past life left to regret in future.
“Everything in life is subject to change, isn’t it? I always console myself saying so. I also believe that everyone should feel the pain of being alone which would only make them better human beings,” concludes Simbu on a philosophical note.
