Actor Simbu has reportedly criticized the recent Vijay awards (instituted by popular Tamil television channel Vijay TV) and the ever-green ‘Filmfare’ awards for being arbitrary in nature. Vijay TV awards were started some years back but the ‘Filmfare’ awards, given by India’s largest selling filmy magazine ‘Filmfare’, have been there for more than three decades.

Both the Vijay Awards ceremony and the Filmfare Awards ceremony were held in the past fortnight. Actors Vikram and Surya won the Vijay Awards for theie performances while superstar Rajnikanth was voted as the ‘most popular actor’ and the ‘best villain actor’ for his role(s) in Shankar’s ‘Endhiran: The Robot’.
The ‘Filmfare’ awards for Tamil films (it’s given in various languages) went to Vikram and Anjali, who were elected as the best actor and best actress respectively for their performances in ‘Raavanan’ and ‘Angaadi Theru’ in that order. Simbu, who had given a splendid performance in last year’s ‘Vinnai Thaandi Varuvaaya’, has commented about the awards on his FaceBook.
“I’m not sure whether these awards are Mahendran-Thangadurai awards or Vijay-Filmfare awads,” Simbu has reportedly remarked, hinting that Mahendran of Vijay TV and Thangadurai of Filmfare (Tamil) have ‘influenced’ the awards and have given the awards as per their choice. Though Simbu’s ‘VTV’ won both the Vijay Awards as well as the ‘Filmfare’ awards, Simbu wasn’t considered for the ‘best actor’ award.

Silambarasan Becomes Aamir Khan Now!!!
While Vijay Awards and Filmfare South Indian Awards are keeping everyone excited to catch up the biggest events in small screens, Silambarasan becomes the absolute obstructer making their interests fade away. He has openly listed the names of program heads in Vijay TV and Filmfare edition blaming that they favor their buddies presenting them awards.
Moreover, the actor has decided to boycott such award ceremonies in mere future feeling that it’s nothing but a preplanned drama.
It’s obvious that Aamir Khan chose the same way disturbed by the similar trait in Bollywood as well.
