Actress Hansika Motwani was in very much in Mumbai when the triple bomb blasts rocked the city and disturbed the peaceful environment of the commercial Metropolis last Wednesday. The actress was shooting in a Mumbai suburb for her upcoming film titled ‘Oru Kal Oru Kannadi’ opposite Udhayanidhi Stalin and directed by Rajesh.

One of the places where the bomb went off was said to be very close to the location where the shooting of he film was being held. Sources say that the bomb went off in a neighbouring locality within a few seconds after Hansika Motwani left the place after the shooting for the day was over. Thus, she appears to have had a ‘miraculous escape’ from the blasts.
Hansika Motwani reportedly got in touch with her friends and relatives and assured that she was safe. She said that she was thankful to God for having been ‘kind’ to her and saved her. Speaking about the blasts, Rajesh said that the spot where the bomb went off was very much on the way which Hansika Motwani used to reach the hotel and said that it was indeed a ‘lucky escape’ for her.
