‘Billa 2’ will have some prodigious technical aspects as it will be the first Indian movie to be shot with a different style of cinematography.
Nirav Shah and Chakri Toleti have been finding the best means of technical arenas to make sure that the film is brilliantly done.

Ajith starts preparations for ‘Billa-2
After completing the shooting of his landmark 50th film ‘Mankatha’, actor Ajith has already started the preparatory work of his upcoming film ‘Billa-2’, which is said to be a project close to the actor’s heart. The yawning gap between ‘Asal’, his last film and his upcoming film ‘Mankatha’ would be compensated by the film ‘Billa-2’ which could even be releasing by Deepavali, it is reported.
‘Billa-2’ would be the sequence to Ajith’s highly successful ‘Billa’ made in 2007. The film showed Ajith ‘differently’ from his earlier films in a stylish and sleek look. The same look, with some additional inputs, is being planned for ‘Billa-2’, it is said. The film would be directed by Chakti Taloti, who directed Kamal Haasan’s ‘Unnaipol Oruvan’ more than a year back.
‘Billa-2’ is touted as the first-ever attempt in Indian films; usually, sequence films tend to take the story forward from its latest version. In the case of ‘Billa-2’, though, the script would go back in the ‘rewind’ mode and trace the reasons and factors responsible for the evolving of the don ‘Billa’. A revenge story supplemented by some romance is likely to make the script more interesting.
To make his body suitable for the role, Ajith is likely to shed a few kilos and is also likely to undergo training in dance and other forms of physical exercise. Yuvan Shankar Raja would be scoring the music of the film, which is likely to witness a newcomer debuting as Ajith’s heroine!
