Dabangg is the super hit Hindi film which has Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha in the lead roles. This film is remade in Tamil with the title Osthi which has Simbu in the lead role.
This film is also being remade in Telugu with the title Gabbar Singh which has Pawan Kalyan in the lead role. Kajal Agarwal was signed to pair with him. But since the shooting did not commence as per the schedule there was call sheet problems. Hence Shruthi Hassan has been signed in her place.
