UTV Motion Pictures, the production and distribution house of UTV has acquired the all India film distribution rights of Vikram’s next film Deiva Thirumagal. With the acquisition of this film rights, UTV has marked its presence in Kollywood.
“Deiva Thirumagal will be screened in 300 – 400 screens all across India” says a source close to the production house. After the screening for the censors on June 20, 2011, the film will hit the theaters on July 1, 2011.
Deiva Thirumagal has Vikram, Anushka and Amala Paul in the lead roles. Directed by AL Vijay, it is produced by Mohan Natarajan of Raja Kaliamman Medias. Director Vijay retains his Madrasapattinam team in this film too with GV Prakash for music and Nirav Shah for cinematography.
