Following big releases in Kollywood, it’s time for medium and low budget movies to take the front seat. For past three weeks, the Fridays have been continuously occupied by big releases like ‘Ko’, ‘Vaanam’ and ‘Engeyum Kadhal’. With big tickets ‘Mankatha’, ‘7am Arivu’ and other movies of this league getting postponed by July-August, the producers of medium and low budget flicks are keen getting their film released by May and June.
One amongst them is ‘Aanmai Thavarael’ that was completed before a very long time and even had its audio launched in grandeur. It has been remaining inside cans for several months and finally will see the tunnel of light on June 3.
The film is produced by Kamal Nayan under the banner of Red Head Entertainments with newcomers playing lead role. Touted to be a crime-thriller set in backdrops of Goa, it is reported that the film has a beautiful love story laced with the main plot.
