Some of the most earnest comments we hear it from the general audiences after watching Ponnar Shankar is that he has taken the things for granted. In ‘Jeans’ he appeared with the same costumes and Shankar had a reason for that in the script itself. But now we notice the same thing in ‘Ponnar Shankar’, a period war drama revolving around twin brothers.
The film is directed by Prashanth’s father-producer Thyagarajan and is scheduled to hit screens in May. The audio of the movie didn’t evoke any good response in the audio stores though the musical score by Ilayaraja has been commendable.
Prashanth is making his acid-test with this movie and he has to make it a point of delivering a hit with this movie.
