Ilayathalapathy Vijay’s recent release ‘Kavalan‘ was a suttle film with no regular mass elements of Vijay but now Velayudham is all set to entertain the audience many commercial elements like intro song of Vijay.
Vijay will be shaking his legs with 300 dancers at a huge set erected at Thirumalagiri Village. Velayudham is directed by Jeyam Raja and produced by Aascar Ravichandran. Hansika Motwani and Genelia are playing the love interests of ‘Velayudham’ This happens to be the costliest intro song of Vijay’s career which is composed by Vijay Anthony with a mega budget of Rs.25 lakhs
Vijay plays the role of a messiah who fights against the evil elements in the society which is a remake version of Telugu blockbuster hit ‘Azad‘ starring Soundarya in the lead role.
