Vikram pondering over his next film?
Now that he has completed the shooting of his upcoming film ‘Deivathirumagan’ and awaiting its theatrical release, actor Vikram is said to be in a sort of a ‘dilemma’ in deciding as to which one would be his next film. There’s a backdrop to this dilemma, it is reported.
A few years back, when Vikram-Trisha’s Lingusamy-directed ‘Bheema’ was about to hit the theatres, it faced difficulty at the time of its theatrical release. Vikram, who was struggling hard to release the film, reportedly asked Aingaran Films to give Rs.5 crores so as to release the film without any hiccups. The amount was paid and the film released, though it wasn’t a success story.
Aingaran is of the view that the amount paid to Vikram was nothing but an ‘advance’ for him to star in a film to be produced by them in the near future. Now that Aingaran is pressing for his call-sheet, Vikram is said to be scratching his head as to what to do, as he had already committed himself to a few projects which are in the pipeline.
