One of the most eligible bachelors in films, popular Malayalam and Tamil actor Prithviraj is all set to enter the matrimonial bliss by marrying Pratiksha on 1st May. Prithviraj, who debuted as hero in the Malayalam hit film ‘Nandanam’ (which was recently remade in Tamil as ‘Seedan’) almost a decade back, has acted in quite a number of Tamil and Malayalam films.

Prithviraj’s role as the music composer in Radha mohan’s ‘Mozhi’ opposite Jyothika and his cop role as Aishwarya Rai’s husband in Maniratnam’s ‘Raavanan’, among others, happen to be his stand-out performances in Tamil films. The versatile actor, who would soon be debuting in Hindi films opposite Rani Mukherjee, is presently starring in the tri-lingual ‘Urumi’ besides co-producing the film.
His love story in real life is almost an extension of the many lover-boy roles he has essayed in films. When his ‘Raavan’ was released last year, he was interviewd by a beautiful girl named Pratiksha, who works for a leading private Hindi television channel based in Mumbai. It was ‘love at first sight’ for both Prithvi and Pratiksha and their love affair finally culminates in the marriage, scheduled for the 1st May.
The marriage would be preceded by the engagement ceremony which would take place at the bride’s residence in Mumbai. The marriage, which has the consent of parents of both the bride and the groom, would be held at a grand five-star hotel in Kochi. Arrangements are almost over, it is said.
Here’s withing the two P’s a very happy married life in advance!
