Divya Spandana the Varanam Aayiram girl who entered the field in sweet sixteen has made it big in Kollywood, Tollywood and Sandalwood.
Divya has shared the screen space with the top stars of Kollywood like Dhanush & Surya. Her recent release of ‘Singam Puli‘ with Jeeva is fairly doing a good business. She also acted in Abhimanya in Telugu and in the remake version of Surya Son of Krishna.
The shocking announcement that she made is about her retirement from the acting field, at a very young age shocked everyone in the tinsel town. But close sources say that Divya has not decided just because that she is going to get married or due to some other reason but because of the controversy in which she got caught recently depressed her. She was very upset and vexed with the controversies surrounding her and Ramya decided to say quits.
Divya alias Ramya walked away from an audio function of her recent film ‘Dandam Dasagunam‘ in Kannada and the producers of the film have lodged a complaint against her in the Producer’s Council.
