Few weeks back we had Dayanidhi Azhagiri parting with ways director Lingusamy. The film ‘Vettai’ was to be produced by him under the banner of Cloud Nine Movies and it moved into the hands of Lingusamy’s home banner ‘Tirupathi Brothers’.
Now here’s a new change in Dayanidhi Azhagiri’s plans. The producer had plans of releasing ‘Mankatha’ on May 1st, 2011 for the occasion of Ajith’s birthday. But the project is likely to get postponed for no reason.
When approached closer sources of Venkat Prabhu, they mentioned that Dayanidhi Azhagiri was very much enthralled with the stylish make of film and insisted that the remaining action sequences and songs can be shot with more technical grandness that apparently postpones the release to June.
But some of inside reports reveal that Dayanidhi Azhagiri is busily involved in preparations for upcoming elections and that is the reason behind such delay.
