The duo Kamal Haasan and K. Balachander has joined hands to launch the Book of ‘The Best of Tamil Cinema’.
Dhanajayan was actively involved in writing special columns in renowned film magazines. The book has two volumes of 600 pages that has a wide range of details of about 230 trendsetting movies that are marked in the history of Tamil Cinema from Kalidas (1931) to Nandalala (2010)
Volume I of the book presents the details of the films released between 1931 to 1976 while Volume II deals with the period between 1977 and 2010
The who and who of the Tamil industry will attend the occasion including Balu Mahendran, Kamal Hasaan, Cheran, Myssskin and others.
Watch for this grand event to take place very soon and the Tamil version will be launched by June 2011.
