Nayan has started earning the wrath of various women organisations, is now facing a protest from the ‘Hindu Makkal Katchi’ after reports claimed that she would play the role of Goddess Seetha in a Telugu film.
The HMK has raised the protest as it affects the sentiments of Hindus and Tamils, has objected to Nayantara playing the role of ‘Goddess Sita’ in a Tollywood flick ‘Sri Rama Rajyam’
The organising secretary of Hindu Makkal Kachi ‘Kannan’ has said that ‘Sri Rama Rajyam’ movie is based on the great epic Ramayana which also insists on the principles of ‘one man, one woman in life’ which Nayan has ruined the concept by stealing another woman`s husband in the real life. Hence Nayan doesnt have any quality to play the role of ‘Goddess Sita’ is their argument.
Well, if Nayan is not eligible to play the role of ‘Rama’ for running behind Prabhu Deva, then balakrishna is no exemption to play the role of ‘Rama’ as he was linked with ‘Nagma’ in the past and Balayya`s wife struggled enough to get back her husband.
