The young successful music director of Tamil film industry G.V Prakash Kumar has put an end to the buzzes rounding upon airs about marriage. The music director has confessed about his love for playback singer Saindhavi. It seems that both of them have been in love from their childhood days and will get married in December 2011.
G.V Prakash is now busy working on his Bollywood debut and will get married soon after it. ‘We have been in love for past 8 years and our parents have now blessed us for the marriage. Saindhavi has been my special critic as she persistently keeps up with feedbacks on my music. In fact, she would predict the success of my certain songs during the compositions itself.’
G.V Prakash & Saindhavi worked together for the first time in ‘Madharasapattinam’ for the song ‘Aaruyire’.

Confirming reports emanating from Kollywood circles that he is in love with playback singer Saindhavi, young music director and nephew of music wizard A.R. Rehman, G.V. Prakash Kumar has said that he was very much in love with Sandhavi, who also happens to be his ‘childhood buddy’.
“It’s a fact that we have been close friends right from our school days. In fact, we have been in courtship for the past eight years. A few days back, our parents met and finalized the marriage, which is likely to be held from an year’s time from now,” confesses GVP.
Prakash hates media limelight on him and Sandhavi and says that’s one of the reasons he wasn’t bringing her girlfriend to public events and programmes. “Our love affair started long before we made a name for each of us in the industry. As such, I don’t want everybody harping about my personal affair,” says Kumar.
GVP also spilled the beans on his ‘first critic’ Saindhavi, to whom he would be playing out the tunes of the songs before finalizing them for a particular film. “If she likes it, the song would become a hit. Some of her most favourite numbers from my films are ‘Urugudhae…’ from the film Veyyil and ‘Akkam Pakkam…’ from the film Kireedom,” says Prakash.
The real-life couple came together for the song ‘Aaruyirae’ for Prakash’s latest hit film Madarasapattinam. Few would have imagined such a connection existed between the two when the film released. Let’s wish the couple happy tidings ahead!
