Years before, Rajnikanth’s ‘Naan Sigappu Manidhan’ was directed by S.A. Chandrasekhar. The film had received greatest appreciations from all over the town and fetched a great honor for Rajnikanth. Till today, the film holds special mention for its stunning screenplay.
Since, Vijay’s career isn’t doing well these days and political themes in films are resent even by his own, he has decided to remake the same film to gain back the lost fame. The film will be produced by S.A. Chandrasekhar himself while the filmmaker and rest of the star-casts is yet to be confirmed.
The original version had an important role for ace screenwriter-filmmaker-actor Bhagyaraj.
