Sorry, but though you are strictly correct in a dictionary sense, in that India is part of the continent of Asia, Asian these days usually means East Asian. It’s a way of referring to the mongoloid race: Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Mongolian, Japanese, … Get it?
So your topic here is misleading. What you have here are caucasoid women of South Asia, usually called Indian. This is not what people look for when they type “asian woman” into a search engine.
