A master filmmaker and a dedicated actor. Both have come together to pen history with an aptly titled movie- ‘Raththa Charithram’. On Tuesday, Ram Gopal Varma and Suriya announced the media that their film ‘Raththa Charithram’ will be released in Tamil too.
Saying the film is ready to hit screens in three different languages- Tamil, Hindi and Telugu, the duo added the movie is based on true incidents that occurred in interior Andhra Pradesh a few years ago.
Heaping praises on Suriya, Ramu said, “He is an actor who is a synonym to dedication and hard work. He plays the character of ‘Soori’ in this film and has given his best. You will get to see a totally new Suriya in ‘Raththa Charithram’.”
Expressing gratitude to RGV, Suriya said, “It’s my dream to act in a film directed by Ram Gopal Varma. He has been encouraging me right from ‘Kaakha Kaakha’ Days and we are good friends. This is my first pan India film.”
