Silambarasan says that Vaaliban is delayed for want of a suitable heroine. The actor, who is riding high on the success of Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa, is supposed to direct and star in Vaaliban. But things turned out to be more in favor of Silambarasan with VTV turning out to be a smash hit and offers seem to be pouring in from all quarters.
On how he bagged the VTV offer from Gautham Menon, Silambarasan says that he is a fan of the director and had watched Minnale over 25 times.
Having understood that Gautham is adept in directing romance flicks, the actor decided to take up the offer.
