A long interval after the success of ‘Naan Kadavul’ has let Pooja drenched in unwanted gossips. Recently, there were some sources publishing news about Pooja quitting filmdom due to her marriage. Instantly, the actress has openly admitted that they’re baseless rumors and she will continue to act in films.
Says Pooja: ‘It’s true that my parents are on pursuit of a perfect bridegroom for me before June. But I have indeed asked them to look out for certain qualifications, which is certainly impossible. In fact, they themselves confessed that it’s not an easy task to find such a person. As well, I am supposed to take care of my 90yr old granny as she means to me a lot much more than anything, even my profession. I am a practical person and will deal every situation with my own principles. Soon after this month, if they haven’t found a right guy, I will start signing more projects by June.’
Pooja is now performing a cameo role in Sudha’s directorial ‘Droghi’ that features Srikanth and Vishnu in lead roles.
