Stepping out from the traits of ‘remakes’, have you ever come across any similarities that puts Tollywood and Tamil film industry together on the same stands. Obviously, the formulas in commercial entertainers do make a real sense with its comparison.

Tollywood follows Kollywoods protest formula

In all likelihood, the Telugu film industry has started aping the off-screen activities of Kollywood now. During past couple of years, Tamil Film Producers Council and other associations have been constantly organizing protest meets pertaining to social, political and film industry related issues. Mannerly, Tollywood embarks out with a protest meet against the unvanquishable realms of piracies.

A hunger protest meet was presupposed to happen today, which was later called off last evening after executive members of certain associations ensured that Government has decided to appoint security personnels to go ahead vigilant monitoring over black markets.

Today, they had actually planned to cancel all the shooting and shows in theatres and making considerations that it would result in heavy loss for the day, the abrupt decisions were taken by Government.
