South India’s most controversial pair - Prabhu Deva and Nayantara - rumoured to have tied the knot at Tirupathi last year, is going to be the talk of the town once again! If these reports are to be believed, Prabhu Deva and Nayantara will dance together during a function to be held to felicitate Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi on his birthday: February 6.

A source confirmed that the two have consented to combine their talent on stage for this peppy dance number, details of which are being kept top secret! The grand birthday celebration will also feature live hip-hop performances by stars and dancers.

Meanwhile, reports suggest that South India’s most-sought-after heroine Nayantara is like to take a temporary holiday from films due to her back-to-back failures in the last two years. The actress, who has been doing films in Tamil and Telugu, has acted with all the top heroes, but has not given even one credible performance over a long period.
