Here’s something more off a phenomenal scenario in Chennai Box Office. When most of the previous year’s biggies turned to be letdowns, the last two months happened to fetch favorable results for distributors and exhibitors. It all started with ‘2012’ followed by James Cameron’s ‘Avatar’.
Apparently, ‘3 Idiots’ tops over the chart with a grand opening across yearend. Well, it’s more astonishing to see that the shows have been considerably increased in all theatres now.
Till last week, the film was screened at ‘Seasons’ and has been shifted to ‘Sathyam’ for all the shows. The film has been re-released in Kamala Theatre while some of the centres in Chennai outskirts have been too facing favorable results.
With controversial issue between director Rajkumar Hirani and novelist Chetan Bhagat breaking out, the sales of ‘Five Point Someone’ too has been increased across the towns.
