Renigunta not inspired from city of god’ – Panneer Selvam

Thanks to filmmaker Panneer Selvam. He doesn’t come up with an affirmative statement that he never saw the film that relates to his present work.

‘I have watched ‘City of God’ many times and was spellbound with it. But to be frank, this film doesn’t carry any similarities on that storyline’ says Panneer Selvam, who makes his debut directorial with ‘Renigunta’.

The film is produced by Film Fabricators and features newcomer Johnny in lead roles.

Panneer Selvam expresses his thanksgiving to filmmaker Lingusamy, his mentor who maneuvered me with good traits of filmmaking.

About the film ‘Renigunta’, he assures that the climax would be shocking and yet will imply a significant substance.
