Producer KE Gnanavel Raja of Studio Green Productions had sued a case suit against director Ameer as he failed to settle Rs. 1Crore. In his complaint, he had requested Chennai High Court to order Ameer for settling the amount or to ban the release of ‘Yogi’.

Judge Raja Surya adjourned the case with a order that Ameer can release the film sans any issues and has to settle Rs.50 Lakhs.

The issue was again reported to Raja Surya that Ameer had failed to carry out the court decisions. Now, the Chennai High Court has strongly ordained Ameer to settle the amount by next 4 weeks or else his property assets would be attached for compensation.
