Unnaipol Oruvan star bags a prestigious offer

Actor Ganesh Venkatraman

Ganesh Venkatraman, the actor who played the police officer in Unnaipol Oruvan, has just bagged another offer. Realizing the potential of this star, director Selva has signed him up for his forthcoming film for Kavithalaya, Muriyadi.

Though Ganesh’s debut venture Abhiyum Naanum (where he played Trisha’s lover) was a different genre of film, he proved his potential as an action hero in UO. In Muriyadi, Ganesh plays a lawyer and the role has scope for oodles of action, we hear. The actor will share screen space with Ramya Nambisen and Sathyaraj. The film is expected to go on floors very soon.
