Ajith at last finalized his lady lead role for his next production “Asal”. Shivaji production produce and Ajith favorite director Saran direct this movie. Asal has two heroines for hero Ajith. Director Saran already confirmed Sameera Raddy as one heroine.
Another heroine is family oriented role so he considered Sneha and Bhavana. In meantime Malayalam Actress Mamatha Mohandas approached Saran for this heroine role… Saran feels Mamtha Mohandas not suitable for this role so denied to consider her and he confirmed Bhavana for this role.
After “Jeyam Kondan” Bhavana never got any movie in Tamil. She is busy in Telugu and Malayalam movies. In Telugu she has rumored with young actor Nithin as both were stayed in one room. Bhavana first time pair with Ajith in Asal, Let’s wait and see how their chemistry works.

Updates:
Bhavana is one of the lucky few to impress with her performance right from her debut in Mysskin’s Chithiram Pesudadi. Her impressive Kollywood debut provided her with a host of opportunities to act with some of the leading Malayalam, Telugu and Tamil heroes. Bhavana did a pretty good role with a strong screen presence opposite Vinay in Jayamkondan.
This is when she completely obscured away from the scene making us wonder what’s with the dry spell? Especially in Kollywood, Bhavana went totally missing. Now she is back with a bang starring opposite none other than Ajith in quite a prestigious venture Asal. Bhavana is lucky second time around as she plays alongside Sameera Reddy as the leading lady.
Bhavana was irked by rumours that said Sameera’s role is meatier than hers in the movie where she is not the actual heroine. Scoffing at the rumours, she said she actually has two duets with Ajith in the movie and she is definitely not a second heroine but one of the two heroines with a prominent role. Well! Bhavana, point taken! This certainly puts to rest any further speculations on the movie Asal. The day is not long off when we can see who the heroine is and who is not. Till then, work hard and shut everyone up with your performance.
