X-Men wolverine mania in Chennai

You’ve got to accept this fact that Hollywood series of flicks holds special significance in India. No issues, even if those flicks have flunked terribly at Hollywood box office, but they tend to make a big show over here. Of course, it was much evident with VAN HELSING, FINAL DESTINATION 4 and more… These flicks was prone to bad reviews and not so-good reviews in Hollywood and yet crossed more weekends in multiplexes and single screens.

But X-Men Origins Wolverine seems to be an elision as it fetched an unimaginable box office collection of Rs.4000Crores being released in 6000 theatres across the globe. The film’s dubbed version in Tamil titled ‘VIDA KANDAN KODA KANDAN’ is hitting screens tomorrow in Tamil Nadu.

A.V. Mohan of 7 Star International has bagged the distribution rights and will be releasing the film in more than 100 theatres.
