Nagaram – Sasi Kumar with 10 new comers

Sasi Kumar has brought a revolution in recent South Indian film industry which even influenced Bollywood, the film capital of India. His Subramaniapuram reinforced the faith in filmmakers, Producers and film viewing public that a film straight from heart is going to work.

Subramaniapuram will be considered by the later generation as one magic film which steered the direction of films this decade. Also this film has created another wave of formula flicks having rustic background and music.

Sasi Kumar is sure that he will be a full time director in Nagaram and will not make onscreen presence.

Nagaram is set in the backdrop of Chennai.

The script has ten important characters portrayed by ten newcomers in lead roles. There would be no rooms for distinguishing them as hero, heroines and supporting actors, all the ten will have equal influence all through the script. Earlier it was heard that a 54 year old man would be the hero of this project.

Sasi Kumar is assistant to Ameer. Now Ameer is working on Yogi which is set on Chennai, Sasi also set background as Chennai for his new film Nagaram. Co incidence?

The final draft of script works will be soon completed and the shooting will start soon in Chennai.
