Asin to pair up with Abhishek Bachchan

The Bollywood insiders are reporting that director Ashutosh Gowariker has finally chosen in the newcomer Asin to play the lead role opposite none other than Abhishek Bachchan in his next project ‘Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Sey’.

Ashutosh reportedly called Asin at his Khar office where he expressed his desire to cast her for this period drama. Asin was so delighted that she gave an affirmative nod even before she heard the full narration of the project. She told Ashu that she has seen his previous films and was looking forward to working with him.

What we are wondering that what on earth happened to beautiful Aishwarya who was supposed to work in this film at the first place. Does this have anything to do with motherhood?
