2012 – For A Grand Opening In Chennai Box Office

Perhaps, we were disappointed with most expected Hollywood flicks; here comes a ‘Big Ticket’ from the great filmmaker Roland Emmerich. The auteur stunned us with his colossal blockbusters ‘Independence Day’ and ‘Day after Tomorrow’.

Much as these films, his upcoming ‘2012’ is also based on similar theme of – Man Vs Nature. Both his films had witnessed a big record of crossing 100 days in Chennai alone.

Again, Roland is back with a bang on depicting the catastrophic scenario of Global Warming that brings ‘End of World’.

With the film hitting screens on November 13, distributor hosted special preview of few sequences at Satyam Cinemas. Seven Star International production house has acquired the distribution rights of this film at Chennai.

Featuring ‘1408’ fame John Cussack in lead roles, the film is churned out at a cost of $200 million with fantabulous special effects.
