S.M Thiagarajan is producing the film titled Aaruvadhu Manam under the banner. New face Bhushan Kumar and Vidhya are in the lead roles. R Bhuvanesh who is directing this film said,” Aaruvadhu Manam is an important portion in the battle field of Mahabharatha.
This is the last battle that Pandavas fought. Since there is some connection between this portion and the film I have titled this film Aaruvadhu Manam. Like how Kannagi destroyed Madurai, a whole place is destroyed because of a romance.
We wanted a rough heroine for this film. We selected Vidhya after her seeing her Malayalam films. In real also Vidhya is a tough girl. She was suitable for this role. But at the same time she had acted softly in romantic scenes.
