Prakash Raj Meets Kalaignar
The first thing that national award winner Prakash Raj did when he landed in Chennai yesterday, from his remote shooting spot, was to make a beeline to the CM’s house. Along with his two daughters Puja and Meghna, he met the CM he got his blessings and good wishes. And what did the Kalaignar say to him? “Its good, Kanchivaram has given us Annadurai and now the national award’ quoted Prakash Raj. Kanchivaram bagged the best film and best actor national awards.
Later Prakash Raj proceeded to meet KB his mentor. Says Prakash, “KB sir said that I should have phoned you to congratulate. Why did you phone first? To this I replied that a son has to phone the father with good news and that’s what I have done.”
With the blessings of both, Prakash Raj is on cloud nine.
