Actor Vikram
Donning a negative character is no big deal if the director is Mani Ratnam, said Chiyan Vikram, speaking about his villain’s role in the Hindi version of Raavan. “Mani Ratnam is a hard taskmaster but every actor worth his salt would love that experience,” said Vikram in a nutshell.
Now that the ice is broken – the first time Vikram is doing a direct Hindi film – the actor is keen to spread his performances and come under the wings of eminent directors like Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Rakeysh Mehra. Those are his long distance goals. As of now, Vikram is simply thrilled to be part of Raavan and savouring every second of the experience working with Mani Ratnam.
