The film is produced by AVM Production at a big budget with debutant Babu Sivan handling megaphone for it. According to the closer sources, it has been revealed that Sun Pictures will vigorously publicize Vijay’s ‘Vettaikaran’ and release it in more prints for festive occasion of Diwali.

Meanwhile, Surya starrer ‘Aadhavan’ has been picked by Kalainyar network. It has already started airing continuous promos for the film.
