“Ingittu Meenakshi... Angittu Yaaru?” Vimal, the ‘proud owner’ of this famous dialogue in ‘Pasanga’, is ready for his next. Titled ‘Kalavani’, the film featuring Vimal opposite newcomer Helen, will go on floors soon.

The movie will be directed by Sargunam, a former associate of ‘Kireedam’ fame Vijay. Says the filmmaker, “Kalavani will be a right mix of romance and comedy, quite like Pandiarajan’s 'Aaan Paavam'.”

Produced by Naseer on behalf of Sherali Movies, S S Kumarn will score music for ‘Kalavani’. Om Prakash is the cinematographer. The shoot will take place in around Kumbakonam and Mannarkudi.
